How often is my tree backed up by the backup service?

New backups are created once a month. The first backup will begin as soon as your payment is accepted.

Subsequent backups will be performed on the same day of the month as the date your service began. In case your service was activated on the 31st of the month (or the 29th of February) and the same day of the next month is not a valid date, backups will occur on the first day of the next month.

When new trees are added to the site, they are backed up on the day they are added even outside the regular backup schedule, providing extra safety to their owners. Subsequently, they will be backed up periodically according to the monthly schedule of the service.
